Q.03 How many years have you been in practice?

K Prasad & Co. was founded by Mr K Prasad in 2007 and since its inception, has maintained steadfast commitment to trying cases and brokering beneficial settlement agreements for our clients whenever possible.
Q.04 Do I need to come to your office?

You need to come down to the office in order to sign a Warrant to Act. This warrant confirms that you have engaged K Prasad & Co. as the law firm representing you in your case. If it is not practical to come down to the office, we can schedule a location and time that is more practical and convenient for you. We can also liaise with you electronically via our email address, info@kprasad.com.sg.
Q.05 Where is your office located?

Our address is 151 Chin Swee Road, #10-01 Manhattan House Singapore 169876. We are conveniently located near the Chinatown MRT Station (NE4/DT19).

By MRT: Alight at Chinatown MRT and exit from Exit C. From the top of the escalator you will see a big hawker centre. Walk through it and keep heading in that direction for about 5 mins, heading in the direction of traffic until you reach Chin Swee Estate. Manhattan House is behind Sheng Siong Supermarket.

By Bus: The nearest bus stop is 'Opp State Ct' along Upper Cross Street, accessible by buses 51, 143, 174, 174e and 186. Head in the direction of traffic until you reach Chin Swee Estate. Manhattan House is behind Sheng Siong Supermarket.

Q.06 What are your office hours?

Our business hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday. However, please feel free to call or email us after office hours. We are committed to returning our clients' and potential clients' calls and emails as soon as possible.
Q.07 Do you charge for consultations?

We offer a free 15-minute consultation. Thereafter, the consultation fee will be on a case-by-case basis, depending on the duration and complexity of the case.

We will require you to come down to our office at a scheduled time. Please bring along your NRIC and any relevant documents we may request.
Q.11 Will I have to go to court?

You will not necessarily have to go to court, depending on the complexity of your case.
Q.12 How long will this process take?

The length of time varies greatly from case to case depending on the nature of the matter. Numerous developments during a proceeding can contribute to hastening or delaying a conclusion. We ensure that all deadlines are met on our part to ensure as expeditious a process on your behalf as possible.
